San Fermin, Pamplona Navarra Spain
In medieval Pamplona, just metres from the infamous Deadman’s Corner on Estefeta we watched the Running of the Bulls from our small first floor balcony. Once the bulls ran past us we headed back inside to review the action on the morning television shows only to hear about 15 seconds later, horror screams from the street below. Our hearts raced.
A 645Kg bull, the biggest that day, had broken away from the herd. The runners still on the street had thought that the Run and excitement was over for another day, but now found themselves face to face and trapped with a very angry and confused beast.
Today’s Question: Would you run with the bulls in Pamplona? Let’s see what everyone thinks.
